When that happens, our experienced florists will thoughtfully substitute flowers of equal or greater value, preserving the style, color palette, and shape of the original design.

• Floral Arrangements: If your selected flowers are not in season, we’ll maintain the look and feel of the bouquet with similar flowers. For single-flower arrangements (like all-rose or all-lily designs), we’ll prioritize the flower type over color.

• Orchid and Plant Substitutions: If a specific orchid or plant variety is unavailable, we’ll substitute with a similar option, matching type and value as closely as possible. Colors may vary, especially with orchids.

• Gift Basket Substitutions: For gourmet and wine gift baskets, any unavailable items will be replaced with fresh, high-quality alternatives of equal or greater value to ensure a prompt delivery.

• Time-Sensitive Deliveries: For time-sensitive occasions such as funerals, anniversaries, or birthday flower delivery, we may make necessary substitutions if we cannot reach you and the original items are unavailable—always with the intention of honoring your sentiment and meeting your timeline.
